Description

VicBond TA-408 is a vinyl acetate-acrylate copolymer with extraordinary binding power,this medium-particle-size has been

 specially developed for use in tropical climates;with excellent storage stability it also gives a distinctly clear and foam-free

film.

The unique surfactatn system in TA-408 gives it outstanding film properties,paint based on TA-408 have extraordinary wet scrub resistance,with through results an order or magnitude higher than typical vinyl acetate copolymers,this is also reflected by the excellent water resistance of the emulsion and paint film,this excellent pigment binding power allows greater latitude in the formulation of paints,with excellent scrub resistance at constant pigment loading or equivalent scrub resistance at increased pigment content.

Storage

To ensure safe storage of VicBond TA-408 ,containers should be well sealed to prevent

evaparation of water and the formation of skin on the surface ,the emulsion must be

stored at a temperature above freezing,a temperature below 30C for not more than six

months is recommended,high temperatures will affect quality and cause the formation of

crusts and skins,especially for the containers are not tightly closed or are subjected to direct sunlight for long periods.
